Dear Dumpman, Hiya.. I've just purchased the dvd on the stations from Christ's Hospital to Shoreham. I with another chap pulled the line up from Christ's Hospital to Partridge Green when I was 21 and I am now 64. We removed all the chairs and loaded them onto artics which use to bog down in the granite shingle at 16 tons a time. We removed the chairs and loaded 7 artics a day who took the chairs up north to be smelted. I did find a very old chair which was dated 18?? I threw that chair to one side and it rolled down the bank and is probably still there very near West Grinstead station. Thats it regards Stan
